About these terms

These terms apply to surfbase.app, the website you're reading. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Surfbase is operated by Surfbase Platforms (ABN 72 119 661 713). "We" and "us" mean that entity; "you" means you.

What this site is

An information page about Surfbase — a surfboard design, visualisation, and production platform we're building — and a form for joining the waitlist. The product isn't available yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply it, and nothing here forms a contract to give you access to it.

Joining the waitlist

Giving us your email address tells us you'd like to hear when Surfbase opens. It doesn't reserve you a place, guarantee you access, or commit either of us to anything. We may contact you about Surfbase, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your address.

You agree that the email address you give us is yours to give.

What's on the site

The text, images, drawings, logo, and name on this site belong to us, or we have permission to use them. You're welcome to read the page, link to it, and share it. You may not copy, reuse, or adapt its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site sensibly

Don't try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it. Don't scrape it, and don't use it to send us anything unlawful, misleading, or malicious.

What we don't promise

We publish this site as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time — including anything it says about what Surfbase will do or when it will open. Descriptions of the product are our current intentions, not commitments.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, and where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited to supplying the information again.

Other sites and services

This site links to, and loads resources from, third parties. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of that place.
